When you are self-confident you are admired and inspire others. Self-confident people face their fears and tend to be risk takers. No matter what obstacles come their way they have the ability to get past them. And even when things aren’t going so well they still manage to see things in a positive light. Wouldn’t it be amazing to have this kind of self-confidence? Guess what? You can!
There should be no limitation to the amount of confidence you have! To help you remember that you got this! Here are some ways to build your confidence:
Stay away from negativity
Reevaluate your inner circle. It’s time to get rid of those that constantly put you down and shred your confidence. You need to be around people that want nothing but the best for you and want to see you shine.
Love yourself and accept who you really are. Remember you are 1 of 1 and there will never be another you! Shift the attention that you are wasting into comparisons back to you and your goals.
Step out of your comfort zone
Feeling accomplished is one of the most amazing feelings. Eliminate “I am not and I can’t” from your vocabulary. You are and you will! If you don’t believe in yourself no one will. This week I challenge you to do something you normally wouldn’t do and watch how good you will feel.
Believe it or not this is one of the best and easiest ways to build your confidence. Exercising will make you feel better about yourself, give you more energy, encourage better life choices and you will have a better attitude.
Don’t accept failure
The one thing you should never do is give up. Remember there is a solution to everything. So don’t throw in the towel. Succeeding through great adversity is a huge confidence booster. Replace all the negative vibes with positive ones.
